You can access NumberGym at home via a laptop or personal computer. To find it complete an Internet search for NumberGym.
Click on the NumberGym Home Page
Choose the tab ‘Online Access’. You will then land on a page looking for a password. The school log in is lennox and the password town. You may have to update Adobe on your computer.
Press the arrow at the end of the line to access the next page.
On this next page the children can use their own school password to access Bond Builder (adding and subtracting), Table Trainer (times tables) and Mental Maths. The password is added on this page. The children’s password comprises the first three letters of their first name and the first three letters of their second name e.g. jimsmi. No spaces - lower case.
The class teachers can track the children. The aim is to increase the children’s speed in mental calculations and they should become ‘lightening fast’ before moving on.
The Number Gym and Early Maths don’t require a password. There are number of resources such as Fuzzles and The Great Turtle Race to help with number bonds.
There is an App you can download for an iPad. There is a small charge. Use the Apps tab on the Home Page to download.
